If your battery is down and you want a boost/jump we can do that (minimum service call fee if $80). But usually when the battery is down it is already bad. You will need to replace it and/or need an alternator. To charge a batter it takes at least one hour. Some times the battery won't take the charge.

If I don't answer my cell right away please text me. I'll call or text ASAP.

I get the parts. You don't need to waste time doing that. I do all the work for you. That lessens the chances of you buying a cheap low quality or the wrong part.

Do you own more than one car? One of the benefits of hiring a mobile is that if you need work on more than one vehicle we can usually help you the same day at your place with other repairs. Plus we will do free safety inspections on them too. Safety inspection: Check brakes, fluid levels, tire condition, check wipers, etc.

Battery prices just went up at auto parts. (most are around $210 to $300, even more at dealers... plus tax and waste fee). Call them, get a price then call me. My batteries are lower priced, same quality, same guarantee and I go to you. They don't. Better deal.

Be careful with companies selling cheap lower priced batteries. They are either used, refurbished, or Chinese, Korean etc. They don't last.

We are a mobile repair business. We are very convenient but we have limitations. As you will imagine we can't perform all the jobs a regular shop or the dealer can. But we can save you money on the many repairs we can do. The mobiles that say they can do everything on all brands, systems, models and years are lying to you. It is not possible. And no. A scanner won't tell the mechanic what is wrong with the car, another lie. To diagnose a car properly when you have a drivability problem or a light on you need a specialized diagnostician with a lot of very expensive tools. I have been working on cars for about 40 years and have seen very few real diagnosticians that can tackle most problems alone. A lot of the cars today have antitheft systems. So when they get triggered (many reason can do that) the car will crank and not start (some won't crank at all). Those problems are not easy to diagnose sometimes. The equipment to do the diagnostic is very expensive. So I usually send those to the dealer. WE can not help you with that. Be careful who you hire for these repairs.

Things to consider when hiring a mobile mechanic.

1) Part availability on week ends and holidays is limited. Hence finishing a job the same day may not be possible. We try to be as convenient as possible but we need parts to finish your car. It may be better to have the car checked during normal days if you think your job may be a bit complicated. At a regular shop this applies too. Your car will stay over the weekend till they can get the parts they need.

Don't be mad if the cheap mechanic did a bad job because him/her didn't have the training or the tools. You chose them .

You know what happens when you pay cheap prices right? … You get cheap parts...

The mechanics advertising ridiculously low prices are scammers. Beware. They will raise their prices a lot once they inspect your car and try to sell you things you don't need.

To fix or check your car you have to have a good battery. Make sure your battery is good. Try to charge it before I go there if you can if you think it may be low. If I have to place a battery to test your car I can't take it back. You must buy it (My prices on batteries are the same or lower as Advance, Firestone or Pep Boys etc anyway).
I also need a core to return to avoid the core fee to you. Also it is better to work on a cold car. If you can try not to use it before I go there.

Attention important info:

Sometimes after we replace your battery you may see lights in the dash or experience symptoms. Some of these can be normal and things will go back to normal after a few hours of driving most of the time. If the car was ok before the battery died this could be normal. If the car was sitting for a long time (More than 6 months) then anything is possible. I don't have scanners to check for these problems. You will have to take the car to a dealer or local shop after I replace the battery. At least now you won't need a tow truck and waste a lot of time.

For Lamborghini vehicles, don't spend $5000 for a battery at the dealer. We can get yours refurbished for less.

Also if your car has an electrical problem that drains the battery we can not guarantee it (the new battery) more than one time until you fix the drain. Parasitic drains can be difficult to locate and fix.

Some cars have more than one battery. We recommend to replace them all at the same time. Especially Mercedes vehicles.
