I'm Shalu. MGK 05 students and now I'm taking the role of Decastro company Digitalization and digital developments. In the last 10 years, we already experienced many, I think the big challenges for the industry such as seeing customer start to turning from brand seeker to a more value seeker. So in that way, I think company or retail we really need to sync from the starting point. How to cope with such kind of trends? You have to deliver values. People have a question, they have needs, they ask for solutions. You need to echo such kind of questions and to provide the best answers according to your own capabilities and your own ecosystems. But how do these matching with real customer needs? I think we cannot avoid the impact of AI products is just a deliveries. It's the last step, but before that you need to. Link with AI into think about what's the really needed and how AI can recommend these products and matching these supplies. AI is new starting point of you know the way of operate retail business because one of the essence of retail business is matching efficiency. In the old format, the retail is a brick and mortar place and to choose, touch and pay. Products, but ecommerce changed that can't format ecommerce provide the virtual kind of connections and to let people making purchasing decisions before they're touching the real products. Actually the ecommerce platform is selling information. But for AIS Iraq, I think we are selling connections. For a company, especially for the established company and established the brand, you really need to think about what's the meaningful connections to your customers, how to use and choose the digital tools to realize such kind of purpose, how to motivate and engage your own people to involve in this transformation processes. So in a company, the real transformation is not about tools. To realize the transformation. But the people themselves can really transform their own thinking and their way of working to achieve the digital goals and purpose. I think this is the responsibility for a leader. You have to find a solution to convince others and to engage others, to have opportunity to cooperate with others. And if you trust others enough, you will always find the very good people to give you better answers, even better than your own answers you will use. This one as a compass to find the right way and the right person to have this kind of common achievements and common kind of targets. So you have to have a very ********. Is your inner value and you will have a very soft kind of boundaries. These are the key elements and the fundamental parts of digital transformation. I believe the GK offers me the best choice to meet my needs. Marketing is part of the reason I chose this program. There are lots of cutting edge technologies actually embedded in the marketing courses and it really inspires me. Even I have such long experience in the marketing and sales fields. IJK you will encounter an amazing group of people. They come from diverse backgrounds and have reached business experience. But one thing. They all have in common is their enthusiasm. Energetic spirit, appreciation for diversity and bounded streams. Starting here not only broaden your horizons but also help you to make great friends. Is truly an enriching experience for me.

Brands acquired by or collaborated with us in the past hail from various parts of the world, including Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea. Despite diverse equity structures, these collaborations have been proved particularly successful.We have gone through several stages along the way. We were often challenged and had to face doubts. Some questioned whether ANTA’s achievement stems from competitiveness or just simply luck. Some argued that the FILA’s success was accidental. However, we made DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT, and AMER SPORTS successful. We achieved success of one brand after another in the Chinese market.How can we make this far? It’s our firm determination and vision that helped us become who we are. When ANTA became the leader in this industry in China, I proposed a multi-brand and globalization strategy? The reason is that there was no world-class enterprise in China’s sporting goods industry at the time. I put forward the vision of “To be ANTA of the world, rather than NIKE of China”. It is now the mission and vision of our company.Today, we build a unique “brand + retail” business model, blazing a distinctive trail for globalization, a path our counterparts in China could follow.
